International Business Management Thesis Master's Program (English)
Our program is designed to enable managers and managerial candidates to understand the increasingly volatile economic, political, and environmental parameters of international markets through real-life examples and interdisciplinary modern approaches. In this context, our program offers a case-based education and training process that allows managers and managerial candidates from the private sector, public sector, or non-profit organizations to comprehend the increasingly complex international economic opportunities and risks, grasp national and international challenges from all dimensions, and view decision-making processes from an international, analytical, and strategic perspective. The curriculum of our program not only focuses on business/corporate decision-making processes from a micro perspective but also integrates international public policies and strategic variables with strategic management from a macro perspective in an analytical and effective manner. To deepen corporate management skills, it blends quantitative, qualitative, and theoretical analysis methods in the most appropriate balance.The main objectives of our program are as follows:
- To present an interdisciplinary approach to international business management education with high-quality courses that include economics, international economic organizations, international trade law, international negotiation and business culture, multinational financial management, research methods, technology, data-driven approaches, and applications,
- To provide our students with opportunities to enhance their decision-making skills, specialize, and expand their professional network by recognizing successful examples in functional, sectoral, or regional fields where they may need expertise,
- To support our manager and managerial candidate students in clarifying their career options, deepening their awareness of their resources and abilities, removing obstacles to their goals, developing a strong managerial/leadership perspective, identifying problems correctly within the framework of systems thinking, and producing widely accepted sustainable solutions,
- To cultivate the future international leaders with high competitive power by combining managerial skills required by current technological advancements with innovative, analytical, and intellectual knowledge and competencies.
